Short-Term Running Goals:
I am just looking to train at the best level I can given my current age of just 47 years young.
I am training for the Top of Utah Marathon and would like to run a sub 2:40.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I have had all of the great success that I would like to. Ultimatly I would like to race effectively even though I am older. Push the envelope in the age groups.
Stormy day. Just needed to get a loger run in. Averaged about 7:10/mi. Cold and rainy. total running time 1:38. Took it easy, felt good streached after.
